Welcome to the Maharashtra Sports Climbing Association (MSCA) website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, services, programs, and facilities. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MSCA is a registered sports association dedicated to promoting sport climbing in Maharashtra, India. We operate training facilities, organize competitions, and provide coaching, athlete development programs, and related services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or mobile application, registering for programs, purchasing memberships, making payments, or making donations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website, mobile application, or services.
3. Use of Services
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register independently. Minors may participate only with parental or guardian consent and supervision, as applicable.
3.2 Account Registration
When registering for programs, memberships, or using the mobile application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted using your account

You agree not to:

4. Training Programs, Memberships, Payments, and Donations
4.1 Program & Membership Registration
Registration for training programs, competitions, and memberships is subject to availability and acceptance by MSCA. MSCA reserves the right to accept, refuse, suspend, or cancel registrations or memberships at its discretion.
4.2 Training Membership Fees
Training memberships are paid services offered by MSCA for coaching, training programs, and facility usage.
Membership fees may be one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual, as specified at the time of enrollment.
Membership benefits, duration, and inclusions will be communicated during registration or within the mobile application.
4.3 Payments
Payments for training programs and memberships may be collected through the MSCA website or official MSCA mobile application.
Online payments are processed through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay.
MSCA does not store card, UPI, or banking details.
4.4 Refunds & Cancellations (Memberships & Programs)
Training membership fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by MSCA.
Missed sessions, non-attendance, or early discontinuation by the participant do not qualify for refunds.
MSCA reserves the right to modify schedules, trainers, or program formats without refund liability.
4.5 Program Modifications
MSCA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, regulatory requirements, or instructor availability.
4.6 Participant Conduct
Participants must follow safety guidelines, respect equipment and facilities, and comply with instructor directions. Violation may result in suspension or removal without refund.
4.7 Donations
Donations made to Maharashtra Sports Climbing Association (MSCA) are voluntary.
Donations are not payments for services and do not entitle the donor to training, memberships, or benefits.
Unless required by applicable law, donations are non-refundable.
Donation receipts, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with Indian regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and mobile application, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of MSCA and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Sport Climbing Risks
Sport climbing involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSCA shall not be liable for damages arising from participation in programs, use of facilities, or use of the website or mobile application.
6.3 Website & App Availability
MSCA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or mobile application.
7. Privacy
Use of services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Terms
MSCA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra. Courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
